This 15 acre dog park was named after Millie, the English Springer Spaniel who shared the White House with George and Barbara Bush. The park was dedicated and opened on April 2, 2004. The off-leash area is open from 7am to dusk. It is located in George Bush Park, on the south side of Westheimer Parkway, across from the American Shooting Center.
