Flat-panel TVs, free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchens make Candlewood Suites Temple a practical choice for our guests planning an extended stay in central Texas. The three-story hotel has 76 suites with free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchens with stovetops, dishwashers, microwaves and full-size refrigerators. You'll also find pots, pans, plates and utensils — practically everything you need to fix a home-cooked meal. After dinner, pop a movie into your DVD player from the lending library and fire up the 37-inch flat-panel TV for a little downtime. When the munchies strike, hit pause and saunter down to the on-site convenience store for chips, ice cream or whatever tickles your fancy. If you're traveling without a laptop, you can check emails on the computer in the business center. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The hotel also has a fitness center and guest laundry. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Just north of U.S. 190, the Candlewood Suites is across the street from Scott & White Memorial Hospital, one-half mile from Temple Mall and three miles from downtown Temple. It's six miles to the Mayborn Civic & Convention Center and nine miles to the Bell County Expo Center. Lake Belton is eight miles from the hotel. Fort Hood is 28.5 file miles away; Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is 70 miles from the hotel. A "convenient location" and "handy snack room" make the Candlewood Suites "very inviting," our guests say.
Dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed. Pets allowed with an additional pet fee. Up to $75 for 1-6 nights and up to $150 for 7+ nights. A pet agreement must be signed at check-in.
