An adventure and lifestyle-destination retreat, they offer a wide range of wellness and fitness workshops and classes for all ages - including customizing specific-need programs where needed. Just a few of the retreat packages include an Essentials Retreat, Inspired Serenity, Weight Loss and Well Being, Fitness Intensive, and Body in Balance Detox. Adventure retreats explore the more than 7,000 acres of the amazing Red Mountain and Snow Canyon Park with activities that include horseback riding, kayaking, biking, hiking, M.E.E.T. the Mustangs, the Pound Puppy Hike, and more. The puppy hike partners a guest with a friendly puppy or dog from the city's No-Kill Animal Shelter for a 3 to 4 mile hike thru Padre Canyon and the St. George Valley. Adoptions are available if the hike is a hit. Their world class spa and salon offers a number of unique and signature treatments utilizing the finest natural-healing ingredients available. They feature a breakfast and lunch buffet, and, offering cuisine for a healthier lifestyle, the chef prepares 3 additional dinner specials each day that does not exceed 500 calories. The chef can also accommodate various dietary needs; a Community Table is available for dinner, and they feature a list of fine wines with organic choices. Cooking demonstrations are also given. Canine guests are welcome to come and enjoy the retreat's 55 acres and the beautiful surrounding sites; they are offered organic treats, dinnerware, and lots of room to play and explore. The fee is $50 per week per pet. Pets need to be kenneled when left alone in the rooms, and they are not allowed in the dining area, the spa, or during specific activities.
