Speedy internet access, a sparkling outdoor pool and hot tub are reasons why the non-smoking Residence Inn Fairfax Merrifield is one of the area's most popular hotels among our guests. Looking more like a condo than a hotel, the four-story Residence Inn has 159 non-smoking suites with separate living and sleeping areas. Kitchens with apartment-sized refrigerators, microwaves, and stovetops and dishwashers, as well as full sets of utensils, makes preparing meals a breeze. Stock up on supplies at the on-site market, or take advantage of the grocery-shopping service. There are TVs with cable channels, along with complimentary high-speed internet access. Make a splash in the seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, work out in the fitness center with free weights and cardio equipment or shoot baskets on the outdoor basketball court. Private parking is on the house. On a side street with little traffic, the Residence Inn is just off I-695 and a short drive from I-66. If you're headed into downtown D.C., the Dunn Loring Metro station is a mile north. For high-end shopping, Tysons Corner Center and Tysons Galleria are four miles north. A nine-mile drive east is Arlington National Cemetery. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is 12 miles east, and Dulles International Airport is 20 miles northwest. Although the interstate is "literally around the corner," the Residence Inn Fairfax Merrifield is "remarkably quiet and comfortable," offering "spacious" rooms with "handy" kitchens and an "excellent, friendly staff."
Dogs of all sizes are allowed. There is a $100 one time additional pet fee.
