Traveling several continuous miles, this trail offers visitors numerous points of interest, historic sites, many places for repose/fun along the way, and access to other connecting trails- like the Ice Ace National Scenic Trail and the 96 mile Oak Leaf Trail. It travels along the Menomonee River part of the way and connects the Lake Michigan waterfront to Doyne Park on Wells Street. Parking is available at Miller Park's Expos parking lot. Dogs are allowed on the trail; they must be leashed, cleaned up after, and under owner's control at all times.
