The luxurious style and superb location of The US Grant, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Diego make it a favorite among our guests in the city. The 11-story, 270-room hotel is housed in an iconic 1910 building, a holdover from the "Grande Dame" era of hotels. Its style is a fusion of classic and contemporary, with elaborate chandeliers and Deco touches alongside modern artwork. The rooms are swanky, with Empire-inspired furnishings and modern-art headboards. Modern nods include a packed minibar and available in-room spa services and wireless internet. There is an Art Deco-designed lounge plus a restaurant for elegant dining and 24-hour room service for languid in-room meals. There is a fitness center to keep your workout in gear and a business center for staying up-to-date with the office. The lobby offers free Wi-Fi and the on-site gift shop carries sundries for your convenience. The US Grant is located in the heart of downtown San Diego, four blocks from the historic Gaslamp Quarter, home to nightlife, dining and entertainment. Just around the corner is Westfield Horton Plaza, a premier outdoor shopping mall, and the trolley at the hotel's front door will take you to Old Town—the historic mission village where San Diego got its start. The airport is a quick three-mile drive away. The classic US Grant, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Diego offers our guests an experience in itself, from the splendor of a bygone era to its modern creature comforts.
