A Victorian-themed boutique hotel and Best Western perks add up to one fine hotel for our guests at the Best Western Plus Victorian Inn. The non-smoking, 70-room three-story hotel, set inside a Victorian house built in 1907, is wonderfully decorated with vintage flourishes and equipped with modern-day amenities, like free Wi-Fi, in-room refrigerators and minibars. Room types include balcony, patio or window seat with a marble gas fireplace in each. The intimate and elegant parlor is the spot where guests meet for a complimentary continental breakfast each morning and then again, in the early evening, for wine and cheese receptions. The outdoor hot tub, set in the flowering gardens, is the very epitome of relaxation. There is a fee for parking; pets are permitted for an additional charge. Located just one block from the famed Cannery Row, the Best Western is just one-half mile from the Monterey Bay Aquarium and just about one mile to Monterey State Historic Park. It's a five-minute drive to Lovers Point Park, and it's seven minutes by car to the Presidio of Monterey. The Monterey Fairgrounds are three miles from the hotel. It's a ten-minute ride from Monterey Peninsula Airport to the Victorian Inn. Best Western standards combined with bed-and-breakfast-style accommodations sounds like a winning combo and may be just what you were searching for.
