The non-smoking hotel has 160 spacious suites spread over four floors, all with fully equipped kitchens and separate living areas. Furnishings include sofa beds, armchairs with ottomans, desks, iPod docks and flat-panel LCD TVs with HBO, ESPN and pay movies. Some rooms have fireplaces. All rooms have free Wi-Fi. Guests are treated to a daily free hot buffet breakfast and invited to socialize at the manager's reception on select evenings. A heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, game room, barbeque/picnic area and sports court offer plenty of options for down-time. Guests can also choose to relax on the sun deck or by the lobby fireplace with a free newspaper and cup of coffee. Amenities include a business center, guest laundromat and free parking. Grocery shopping and valet dry-cleaning services are available. Pets are welcome for a fee. Located midway between Los Angeles and Ventura County, the hotel is just off Highway 101. You're in luck if you like golf: Westlake Village Golf Course is a mile away and Los Robles Greens Golf Course is a five-mile drive. The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza is three miles from the hotel. The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library is 17 minutes away and a 35-minute drive puts you on the beaches of Malibu. Bob Hope Airport is a 31-mile drive east. A "great location" near local points of interest is a big plus at the "very nice" Residence Inn, where plentiful freebies and spacious quarters are added bonuses.
Dogs of all sizes are allowed. There is a $100 one time additional pet fee.
