Renovated in 2010, the four-floor Towneplace Suites has 95 spacious studios, home office studios and one- and two-bedroom suites. Rooms all come with comfortable beds and full kitchens with pantry areas, full-size refrigerators, two-burner stovetops, microwaves, dishwashers, coffeemakers, toasters, cookware and tableware. Relax on the sofa bed in the living area and surf the free Wi-Fi, or watch your favorite program on the flat-panel LCD TV with expanded cable. The hotel has a hot tub, a fitness center, a laundry facility and free parking. The Towneplace Suites is off Hwy 82, about two miles west of the center of Sunnyvale. It's four miles to geeky fun at the Computer History Museum. Google, Yahoo!, Lockheed Martin and Shoreline Amphitheatre are about five miles north. California's Great America is eight miles northeast and Winchester Mystery House is eight miles southeast of the hotel. If you're driving from San Jose International Airport, the hotel is 12 miles west. our guests agree that hospitality has a home at this Towneplace Suites, which has "beautiful," "comfortable and clean" rooms with kitchens, free breakfast and free internet.
