Featuring farm-to-table American cuisine showcasing the regions best ingredients, this restaurant and bar offers a made-from-scratch kitchen with about 50% vegetarian and 50% meats and fish on the menu. They also serve up a variety of innovative organic cocktails, organic spirits, and biodynamic wines. They are open weekdays for lunch from 11:30 am until 2 pm; dinner nightly from 5 pm until 10 pm, and weekend brunches are from 10 am until 2:30 pm. Reservations are recommended - especially for the weekends reservations may need to be at least a week in advance. Leashed, friendly dogs are allowed at their outside dining area.
