This European style village is very dog-friendly. You can ride the Gondola in the summer with your dog, take in a pet boutique store Tails by the Lake, enjoy numerous outdoor restaurants with your pup and browse the various stores with your leashed dog. There is a miniature golf course sprinkled throughout the walkways where kids and adults can play mini-golf with your dog along for the fun. And throughout the summer there are events such as music festivals and outdoor movies on a large screen where you and your dog are welcome for most events. Check out their website at for more information and event schedules. The village is located at Squaw Valley USA just off Highway 89 between Tahoe City and Truckee in the north Tahoe area.
