There is an official off-leash area during limited hours in Arbutus Park. The daily off-leash hours are 6 – 10 am and 3 – 9 pm year round. Dogs are not allowed in any playground areas either on-leash or off-leash, dogs must be under control at all times, must be cleaned up after and must be on-leash whenever they are outside of the off-leash area.
