The park is located in an agricultural area and offers about 2,000 acres of land and 2,000 acres of water. Dogs are allowed at this park including on the over 7.5 miles of hiking trails, at the beach, at the picnic areas, and in the campgrounds. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and are not allowed inside any buildings.
