Devil's Tower National Monument

Rising 1,267 feet above the river below and surrounded by woods and grasslands, the Devils Tower was the nation’s first National monument. It is also considered a sacred site by more than 20 native tribes. Although dogs are not allowed on the trails or near the monument, they are allowed in the camp area, the parking lot, and along roadways. Dogs must be leashed and under their owner’s control at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended or left in a vehicle at any time, and they may not be tied to any objects.
