Dogs are allowed with certain restrictions year round. Leashed and off-leash dogs are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on the beach during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. There are a string of beaches, including Kennebunk, Gooch’s and Mother’s, that make up a nice stretch of wide sandy beaches. People need to clean up after their pets. The beaches are located on Beach Avenue, off Routes 9 and 35.
