This secluded strip of beach is the only dog-friendly beach in Key West. It’s located at 1500 Vernon Avenue, at the crossroads of Vernon Ave and Waddell Ave between the Hidden Beach apartment rental and Louie’s Backyard restaurant. Leashed and unleashed dogs may splash around in the surf and romp in the sand, but be careful as the beach area is small, and not fenced. Be careful, as some parts of the beach are rocky. After the beach, head over to the dog-friendly Louie’s Backyard.
