Kill Devil Hills Beaches

From May 15th to September 15th dogs are not allowed on the beaches between 9 AM and 6 PM. When dogs are allowed on the beach, they must be licensed, have current rabies tags, be under their owner’s control, on no more than a 10 foot leash, and cleaned up after at all times.
