This off-leash area is being run on a trial basis by the city of Sioux Falls. Amenities at the off-leash area include a picnic table, plastic bag dispenser and a trash can. The park is located on the east side of North Cliff Ave. at the Big Sioux River, about .25 miles north of the Rice Street and Cliff Avenue intersection. Off-street parking is available.
