Nantucket Regional Transit Authority (NRTA)

Well-behaved dogs of all sizes are allowed on Nantucket shuttle buses. Pets must be leashed or caged, well-behaved, clean and dry, and pets cannot sit on the seats. While you can still take a car onto Nantucket Island, the transit authority encourages everyone to leave their cars on the mainland.
