Once one of the biggest and busiest cotton exporters, this shop area is still a bustling arena with 30 unique shops and eateries contained in 8 beautifully restored buildings that connect to each other by a series of walkways and open air courtyards. Dogs are allowed in the common areas of the mall,,, it is up to individual stores whether they are allowed inside. Dogs must be under their owner’s control, leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.
