Reptile Gardens

Reptile Gardens say that they have the World’s Largest Reptile Collection. This attraction is also named by USA Today as one of the Top 10 places in the United States to ”Stop the Car and Take a Look”. On display are all kinds of snakes, including some of the most poisonous snakes globally and a huge python snake. Other reptiles here are Giant Tortoises, lizards, and crocodiles. They also have shows like the Alligator and Crocodile Show, Birds of Prey Show, and Snake Shows. Well-behaved leashed dogs that are good around people and kids are allowed. Dogs are welcome inside the buildings to view the reptiles and at most if not all of the shows. Reptile Gardens is located on Highway 16, 5 miles south of Rapid City, heading towards Mt. Rushmore.
