Although dogs are not allowed in Soule Park proper, they are now allowed in the newly opened 2008 off leash dog area. There are sections for large and small dogs (under 20 pounds), waste disposal stations, and benches in the shade. General admission is $2 weekdays, $4 weekends, and annual passes are $55 ($25 for seniors).
