Topsail Beach

There are about 20 public assesses to the beaches in this town. From May 15th to September 30th dogs must be leashed when on the beach,,, otherwise dogs may be off lead if they are under strict adult voice control. Dogs must be cleaned up after at all times and always be leashed when not on the beach.
