With almost 5,000 acres this beautiful park features an amphitheater, naturalist-led campfire programs, a marksmanship range, and a full range of activities and recreation. Dogs of all sizes are allowed for an additional $2 per night per pet. Dogs may not be left unattended, and they must be leashed, and cleaned up after at all times. Dogs are not allowed on the beach. The gates at this park close at 10 pm. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground.
