Chain O' Lakes State Park
Offering 488 miles of shoreline, this 2,793 acre park sits near an adjoining 3,230 acre conservation area in the state’s largest concentration of natural lakes. There are multiple bird and wildlife habitats, a wide array of year round land and water recreation, seasonal concessionaires, and 80 acres in the park’s bog area has been set aside as a nature preserve. Dogs are allowed throughout the park and in the camp areas,,, they are not allowed in cabin areas. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Campsites are located throughout the park and offer picnic tables, grills, showers, and restrooms. Sites are first come first served with a limited number of sites available for reservations. The camping and tent areas also allow dogs. There is a dog walk area at the campground.
